Welding Facility
Our welding services play a vital role in hydraulic cylinder manufacturing. Our experienced welders are skilled in various materials and techniques, ensuring the cylinder's safety and functionality. We maintain strict procedures for welding in a controlled environment with safety measures and ventilation. Welding methods and materials are chosen based on metal type and stress requirements.
We prep surfaces meticulously for strong bonds and post-weld inspections are performed to identify defects like cracks. Stress relief is applied as needed, utilizing techniques like TIG and MIG welding for superior quality.
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) is standard to guarantee welds meet safety and quality standards. We perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) on all welds to ensure that they meet the required standards for quality and safety.
Painting Facility
Painting enhances appearance and protects against wear, corrosion, and weathering in four key steps: surface prep, priming, painting, and curing. Surface prep cleans and removes contaminants for paint adhesion.
Primer is applied for adhesion, corrosion protection, and surface texture improvement. Once dried, paint is applied, selected based on surface and desired outcome, using methods like spraying, brushing, or rolling.
The painted surface is allowed to dry and cure, hardening for long-lasting protection. Our hydraulic cylinders undergo a multi-layered painting process for ultimate durability and corrosion resistance.
Honing
Hydrohytos Industries offers honing services for hydraulic cylinder tubes, which helps to improve their surface finish, roundness, and straightness. Our honing process involves the use of abrasive stones to remove a small amount of material from the surface of the hydraulic cylinder tube, resulting in a smoother and more uniform surface finish.
We use high-quality honing equipment and precision measuring tools to ensure that our honing process delivers the required surface finish, roundness, and straightness. Our honing process is closely monitored to ensure that it meets our strict quality standards for performance and durability.
We can provide a range of honing options to meet the specific requirements of our customers, including different grit sizes and tolerances.
Chrome Plating
Hydrohytos Industries offers chrome plating services for hydraulic cylinder rods, which helps to enhance their durability, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. Our chrome plating process involves the application of a thin layer of chromium onto the surface of the hydraulic cylinder rod using an electroplating process. We use high-quality materials and state-of-the-art equipment to ensure that our chrome plating process delivers a smooth and uniform surface finish that meets the required specifications.
Our chrome plating process is closely monitored to ensure that it meets our strict quality standards for performance and durability. We can provide a range of chrome plating options to meet the specific requirements of our customers, including hard chrome plating and decorative chrome plating.
Quality Standards
At Hydrohytos Industries, we are committed to delivering high-quality hydraulic cylinders that meet or exceed industry standards for performance, durability, and reliability. We use only the highest quality materials in the manufacturing of our hydraulic cylinders, including steel and other materials that are sourced from trusted suppliers.
Our manufacturing processes are closely monitored to ensure that each hydraulic cylinder meets our strict quality standards. We conduct thorough inspections at every stage of the manufacturing process to ensure that each component and assembly meets the required specifications.
We have a dedicated Quality Control department that performs comprehensive testing and inspection on each hydraulic cylinder before it is shipped to the customer.
Testing Equipped
We conduct a range of tests on our hydraulic cylinders to ensure that they are safe, reliable, and meet the required performance specifications. Our testing procedures include pressure testing, endurance testing, and functional testing to ensure that each hydraulic cylinder meets the required standards.
We have a state-of-the-art testing facility that is equipped with the latest equipment and technology to perform these tests accurately and efficiently. We also conduct Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) to ensure that there are no defects or flaws in the materials or components used in the manufacturing process.
We provide detailed test reports and documentation for each hydraulic cylinder that we manufacture to ensure full traceability and compliance with industry standards.
